Queen guitarist Brian May will be joined by Kerry Ellis and the Anthems Band to perform a set at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.
It’s not just motorsport fans who will be in their element at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed - music lovers are also in for a treat as Queen guitarist Brian May and star of the stage Kerry Ellis team up to perform songs as part of Goodwood’s Indy 500 centenary celebrations.
It’s not just motorsport fans who will be in their element at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed - music lovers are also in for a treat as Queen guitarist Brian May and star of the stage Kerry Ellis team up to perform songs as part of Goodwood’s Indy 500 centenary celebrations.May, who wrote hits such as We Will Rock You and Who Wants to Live Forever, will be joined by Ellis and the Anthems Band to perform a set as 40 Indy 500 cars and 16 winning drivers, including Emerson Fittipaldi, Bobby Rahal, Al Unser Jr and Bobby Unser line up on the famous hillclimb course.
The musical performance takes place on Sunday July 3 at 1.40pm outside Goodwood House.
Queen drummer Roger Taylor will also be at Goodwood, acting as a judge in the Cartier 'Style et Luxe’ concours d’elegance.
